Boston, MA
Flowers are out and temps are climbing!
Reflections from a weekend at the astico

While living in Boston, this was, hands-down, my favorite place to stroll. The garden sits across from the Boston Common and is supported by the Friends of the Public Garden. The 24-acre park features a beautiful pedestrian bridge with lights, infamous weeping willow trees, and a large basin that is home to magical swan boats in the summer and local pick-up ice hockey games in the winter. The statue of George Washington  welcomes guests into the park from Commonwealth Avenue and the “gum-drop”-shaped hedges and rotating colorful plant beds make you almost feel like you’re in a scene from ‘Alice in Wonderland.’ FUN FACT: We had our engagement photos taken in the public garden by our good friend Ngoc Doan.
